JOBDESCRIPTION
Activities
Be responsible for payment (CNY &FX transaction) of all entities in SSC, ensure payments are processed timelyand accurately, accounting entries posted in SAP are compliance with local andGroup accounting rules.
AR function for 4 companies, ensureaccounting entries are correctly done in SAP and compliance with local andGroup accounting rules.
AP function in 4 companies, ensure accounting entries arecorrectly done in SAP and compliance with local and Group accounting rules.
Manage financial documents and copies of contracts toensure they are properly archived
Manage TCI Holding loan card, Financial Special Chop,safe box and original TCI Certificates (Business License, ApprovalCertification, Tax Certificate and so on)
Be responsible for annual check and renewal of TCICertificates.

Qualifications / experience required
Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting;
Good knowledge of accounting;
Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge is a greatplus;
Must be quick learner, self-motivated, good communicationskills and be willing to work under pressure
Fluent Mandarin, good command of English is great plus.
Must be honest and responsible
